Leads cross-functional medical device new product development and lifecycle management projects, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, stakeholder communication, documentation, and compliance with design-control and business processes. Develops detailed project plans, coordinates R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial workstreams, prepares gate reviews, escalates issues, and supports PMO improvements. The role is primarily remote with travel to the Global Development Center and other locations up to 25% of the time.

Manages calendars, complex international travel, meetings, communications, records, purchase orders, invoices, vendors, and logistics. Leads the APAC and MEA Ostomy and Continence Care marketing strategy, translating global priorities into regional and country plans. Drives growth, market expansion, demand generation, launches, customer engagement, pricing, market access, KPI and ROI measurement. Partners with commercial leaders, healthcare professionals, patients, distributors and key opinion leaders while leading and developing a regional marketing team across a complex matrix organization.

Perform and manage physical testing of medical devices in a controlled ISO 13485/9001 lab. Design, validate, and execute test methods, collect and analyze data to GLP/GMP/GDP standards, author validation protocols/reports, perform investigations and root-cause analysis, and support laboratory operations and equipment maintenance.

Design and govern Convatec's SAP ecosystem (ECC/S4HANA, IBP, MDG, Datasphere, SAC) and integrations. Produce HLA/HLD, define API-led, event-driven architectures, drive SAP transformation programs, support vendor selection, and enforce security, privacy, and enterprise architecture standards across Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement.

Lead production transfer and process improvement projects, develop and execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), analyze process/product failures, implement corrective actions, support PFMECA and QMS documentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing performance and reduce scrap.
