Owns system requirements, architecture, traceability, verification and validation, risk management, technical changes, supplier coordination, investigations, regulatory documentation, and lifecycle improvements. Coordinates mechanical, electronics, and firmware specialists while supporting product launch, scale-up, manufacturing partners, and future product architectures.

Make high-volume inbound/outbound calls to engage consumers, identify needs, provide consultative solutions, support Convatec product sampling and campaigns, capture sales, manage customer data, meet sales and efficiency targets, and share consumer insights with the marketing team.

Leads Convatec’s enterprise PLM transformation, owning the roadmap, business case, governance, implementation waves, integrations, master data, process ownership, change management, adoption, and benefits realization. The role coordinates Teamcenter and Polarion with SAP and other enterprise systems, aligns business and IT stakeholders, governs vendors, supports regulated medical-device processes, and ensures data migration, traceability, validation, and operational readiness across global functions.

Leads global Total Rewards and Mobility service delivery within a shared services environment. The role manages geographically dispersed teams, drives standardization and service transformation, partners with HR technology and People functions, implements automation and self-service solutions, monitors KPIs and SLAs, and improves employee and manager experiences across a global business services model.

Manages a West Michigan territory by promoting and selling medical services to healthcare facilities, maintaining existing client relationships, and developing new accounts through cold calling. Responsibilities include territory routing, field and office collaboration, budget and documentation management, Medicare information coordination, competitor analysis, insurance opportunity assessment, manufacturer collaboration, and completion of required DME certifications. Travel and overnight stays within the territory are required.

Manage and deliver internal audits across financial and operational processes, assessing controls and business risks.
