About This Team
Citrix NetScaler is a top of the line ADC from Cloud Software Group. It is primarily used for providing L4-L7 services like Load Balancing, Caching, Compression, Gateway etc.,
The team is focused on designing and developing solutions for the NetScaler Console platform responsible for managing and monitoring the NetScaler.
Customers have the option to manage their NetScalers either through the console services or by deploying the console on-premises.
Job Description/Responsibilities
Team involved in this project are solving some of the most challenging problems in the industry such as cloud-based services, large scale deployments, horizontal scaling, Analytics and API designing with scalability focused on Multi-tenancy, creating an extensible framework, implementing persistent journals for robustness, developing components for scheduling, provisioning of Citrix ADC in large cloud environments.

You must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, unwavering commitment to quality, a collaborative work ethic, and cutting-edge technical skills.
You will work with the highly talented and motivated engineers in Citrix Console team.
Develop clear efficient and easily maintainable code
Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues
Optimize software performance and scalability
you should write proper unit, integration and End-to-end test cases to ensure high quality of the product
Basic Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
Strong proficiency in C++ programming, with experience in object-oriented design and development.
Solid understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems, including shell scripting, system calls, and file systems.
Basic experience with networking tools like Wireshark, netstat, tcpdump, or other diagnostic tools.
Understanding of multithreading and concurrency in C++ and Unix.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and basic software testing practices.
Understanding of software development life cycles (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
A team player with a proactive attitude and good problem-solving approach.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on C++ and Networking domain
Experience of working in Application security will be an added advantage
