Senior Cloud developer with AI interest, Lund

Who is your future team?

The Body Worn organization is expanding its AI team. We are a full-stack team and are especially looking forward to expanding the cloud development side. The team is assigned to do AI software for body-worn video, adapted for several different use cases.

What will you do here?

Your role focuses on one or several of the following fields: full-stack development, deployment, release management and operations, and ensuring compliance and effective communication within our team. You will be part of a team responsible for developing and managing frontend and backend systems and model infrastructure. We expect you to have a keen interest in models, user interfaces, and full-stack technologies (TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js, Python, large and small models). Your work will include utilizing tools like LMMs, CI, Kubernetes, and possibly Azure or AWS.

You will ensure smooth deployment and operations, understanding both cloud hosting and on-prem network restricted product deployment - we have customers with legal requirements of sensitive data locality. This involves working with tools such as Kubernetes and CI pipelines as well as more classical installation processes.

Additionally, you will be part of establishing guardrails, templates, and review prompts and data to manage personal information effectively.

To be successful in this role, we hope you bring seniority in one or several of the fields below:

• Full-Stack Development: Experience as a senior full-stack developer with knowledge of migration, development, and version control across the entire stack. Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, modern web frameworks) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, TypeScript). Experience with Linux, CI, Docker, RAG, reranking, AI inference, prompting and guard railing is a plus.
• Deployment & Cloud Operations: Understanding of both cloud operations and local hardware deployment, with experience in tools like Python, TypeScript, Git, Docker Compose, and CI pipelines.
• Communications & Compliance: Skills in establishing guardrails, templates, and reviewing prompts and data to manage sensitive/personal information and traceability effectively as well as more classical compliance. Communication with customer representatives, legal experts, and field experts.
• Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable insights and user needs into intuitive interfaces. Understanding how to leverage LLM technologies for these uses.
• Technology Leadership: Structure and Methodology orientation, understanding traceability and repeatability.
