Position: Senior Clinician

Program: Women's REACH

Salary: $65,000-75,000/year

Schedule: Full time, 40 hours, 1st shift, Monday-Friday

Position Summary:

The PROUD Clinician with Women’s REACH will provide group, family and individual clinical and case management services for adults ages 18+ who identify as female and are pregnant or parenting young children, and who have active substance use concerns, a substance use history, and/or co-occurring disorders. This position will work collaboratively with medical, treatment, employment, housing, and educational linkages in the community on behalf of clients. Provides clinical support and consultation to other members of the Women’s REACH team. Moderate travel is required to serve clients in the community, attend meetings and other position-related training courses.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or a related license eligible field or doctoral degree in Psychology is required.
• Must hold one of the following licensures: LCSW, LPC, LMFT or licensed or license-eligible Psychologist in the State of Connecticut.
• Applicant must have knowledge/experience of substance use and working with pregnant and parenting women.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Orientation:

If selected for employment with The Connection, newly hired employees will be required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at our Roscommon office located in Middletown.
