Provide case management services for pregnant and parenting women in a residential substance use treatment program: conduct intake assessments, develop and implement individual care plans, liaise with treatment providers and community resources, facilitate and document weekly client meetings and daily psychoeducational groups, and support clients' reintegration into the community.
