Provide strengths-based, client-centered case management, job development, supervision, and support to justice-involved men in a residential work-release program. Help clients maintain recovery, secure employment, and reintegrate into the community while coordinating with Community Justice staff and maintaining professional boundaries.

Provides individual, family, and group clinical services and case management to pregnant and parenting women with substance use or co-occurring disorders. Collaborates with medical, employment, housing, and educational community partners; supports clients in the community; and provides consultation to the Women's REACH team. Moderate travel is required for client services, meetings, and training.

Provides direct client care and comprehensive case management for adults re-entering the community after incarceration. Conducts intake assessments, develops and implements individual care plans, coordinates with treatment providers and community resources, and supports employment, long-term housing, and substance- and crime-free living goals. The role also supports rehabilitation and successful community reintegration within a supportive housing program.

Supports rehabilitation, education, recovery, mental health, job readiness, and successful community reintegration while maintaining professional boundaries and compassionate client relationships.

Provides clinical and administrative supervision for two residential mental health programs serving adults with chronic mental illness. Oversees program systems, service delivery, funder and constituent relationships, and supervises the Program Manager and Clinician. Requires a master’s degree with provisional or full licensure, at least five years of supervisory and related experience, knowledge of severe and persistent mental illness interventions, residential program management, DMHAS populations, and DPH regulations.

Provides strengths-based, client-centered case management, supervision, job development, and reentry support to justice-involved men in a residential work release program. Helps clients transition from incarceration into the community through treatment services, employment preparation, substance use education, mental health instruction, and structured guidance while maintaining professional boundaries.

Provides home- and community-based case management to homeless and unstably housed young adults ages 18–24. Conducts assessments, develops service plans, supports housing searches and tenancy, coordinates with providers and landlords, builds money management and employment readiness skills, provides transportation, and completes documentation for a caseload of 8–12 clients.
