Provide comprehensive case management for adults in residential behavioral health: conduct intakes, develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate with treatment providers and community resources, and deliver direct client support under program supervision.

Provide strengths-based, client-centered case management, job development, supervision, and support to justice-involved men in a residential work-release program. Help clients maintain recovery, secure employment, and reintegrate into the community while coordinating with Community Justice staff, documenting progress, and maintaining professional boundaries.

Provide home- and community-based case management to homeless young adults (18-24): intake assessments, housing search support, individual service plans, liaise with providers and landlords, transportation, money and employment readiness skills, documentation and data entry. Caseload ~8-12.

Provide strengths-based, client-centered case management, supervision, job development, and re-entry support to justice-involved adult men. Deliver substance use education and mental health instruction, coordinate services with Community Justice staff, and help clients transition from incarceration to the community.

Provide strengths-based, client-centered case management, job development, supervision, and reentry support for justice-involved adults with psychiatric conditions. Coordinate with Community Justice staff to rehabilitate and guide clients from incarceration back into the community.

Provide strengths-based, client-centered case management, supervision, job development, and reentry services to justice-involved men in a residential work-release program. Support recovery, substance-use education, and successful community reintegration while maintaining professional boundaries.
