As a Senior Client Success Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to payer and managed care clients, helping them maximize the value of Netsmart's Workforce Management and EVV solutions. You'll build executive relationships, solve complex challenges, and partner across teams to drive meaningful outcomes for the communities your clients serve. Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships at all levels of a client organization, specifically C-Level leaders and business counterparts to ensure strategic alignment  of the client relationships and effective sales opportunity management. 

  • Lead execution of effective cadence of business reviews to ensure clear and timely communication around initiatives, projects, and escalations.  Leverage the matrix to drive outcomes with Engineering, Product Management, Cloud, Support, Sales and Client Alignment organizations to effectively serve the client needs.

  • Lead and educate client and other stakeholders on industry and Netsmart solution-specific insights, best practices, including product roadmaps, newly deployed or pending feature/functionally updates and end-user training. 

  • Lead RFP responses by working effectively with sales, Client Alignment and proposal team members.  

  • Perform platform demos for potential new clients and with coordination across the Netsmart matrix of solutions and services. 

  • Create Scope of Work (SOW) documents in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and in alignment with client expectations.  Maintain data integrity in CRM and/or support ticketing systems through ongoing data cleanup, documentation, management, and billing

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree of equivalent work experience

  • At least 5 years’ sales or account management experience with health care and/or technology services and solutions 

  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with stakeholders. 

  • Effective presentation skills, including presentations in a sales capacity. 

  • Ability to manage complex situations and effectively collaborate and communicate with all levels of management and cross-functional teams.

Preferred

  • At least 3 years in Behavioral Health or Home Health and Long-Term Care sector.

  • At least 3 years experience working with electronic health records
