The Senior Client Success Manager - Insights will develop and deliver customer, campaign, and business insights that inform client strategies, campaign recommendations, and business decisions across multiple clients and business categories. This role is responsible for building stakeholder relationships, consulting with partners on business needs, and working independently on more complex analyses and deliverables. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and effective communication skills, and is able to translate data into actionable insights, support stakeholder decision-making, and proactively contribute to team tools, processes, and ways of working.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and deliver customer, campaign, and business insights that support client strategies, campaign recommendations, and business decisions
Gather, analyze, and synthesize campaign, customer, market, and business information to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, consulting with clients and internal partners to understand business questions and align insights to their needs
Translate data into clear, accurate, and actionable findings, recommendations, and business implications
Create presentations, reports, scorecards, and other client- and stakeholder-ready materials used in internal and external discussions
Work independently on recurring analyses, campaign wrap reporting, and ad hoc insight requests with limited oversight
Support stakeholders in understanding and applying 84.51° tools, reporting, and insight capabilities
Apply relevant business, customer, and category context, including compliance considerations where applicable, to strengthen recommendations
Partner with Client Partnerships Executives, Sales, Campaign Operations, Product, Creative, and other cross-functional teams to deliver insight-driven support for client needs
Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting, analysis, tools, and team processes
Coach and collaborate with others on specific skills, tools, and analytical approaches as appropriate
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, insights, digital media, campaign reporting, retail media, advertising measurement, or a related field
Experience building stakeholder relationships and working directly with partners to support business needs
Experience working independently on complex analyses, recurring deliverables, and team initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing polished, stakeholder-ready materials
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
Experience consulting with stakeholders or supporting business decisions through insights, reporting, or analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with retail media, digital advertising, campaign measurement, customer insights, or related industries preferred
This is role has a combined base pay salary plus a target quarterly paid incentive plan.

- The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.
