What you'll do:
- Partner with the sales team to identify strategic opportunities and drive business growth across key accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Deliver actionable insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis of campaign results (budget, creative, ROI, and KPIs).
- Optimize account performance to increase investment and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure a first-class client experience, maintaining service-level excellence and operational efficiency.
- Educate clients and agencies on Google Ads solutions, new product features, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to build and implement creative, high-impact campaign strategies.
- Support the team in identifying and developing innovative ad solutions that align with client goals.
- Manage relationships with key agencies and brand partners, fostering trust, growth, and partnership.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and feedback to improve campaign effectiveness and inform product development.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, asset tracking, and reporting workflows.
What you need for this role:
- 3+ years of experience in client solutions, account management, or digital campaign management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Technology.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and a passion for the Google Ads platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you love finding insights in data.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Bengali (both written and spoken).
