We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Senior Client Relationship & Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives within our AML, Financial Crime Compliance, and Regulatory Advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth across AML, Financial Crime Compliance, Sanctions, and Regulatory Advisory services.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives, compliance leaders, risk professionals, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closing.
- Expand and strengthen existing client relationships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and delivery teams to design tailored client solutions.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity to identify emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions to senior stakeholders.

Requirements- Knowledge of AML/CTF, Financial Crime Compliance, Sanctions, KYC, and Regulatory Compliance frameworks.
- Previous experience in a consulting firm, Big 4 organization, law firm, bank, fintech company, or financial services environment.
- Experience in business development, client relationship management, or commercially driven client engagements.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
