Job Description:

This role involves managing life accident, medical claims, supporting agent inquiries, and contributing to mini projects and process enhancement. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a customer first mindset and a solid understanding of claims operations.

Responsibilities

  • assess and process life accident and medical claims in a timely and accurate manner

  • handle agent inquiries with professionalism and empathy

  • participate in mini projects to improve claims efficiency and service quality

  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth claims operations

  • provide training or guidance to junior staff when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, in insurance, healthcare, or related field prefer

  • Min. 3-5 years of relevant experience in claims handling

  • Professional insurance qualifications (e.g. FLMI, AIC) preferred

  • Familiar with regulatory requirements and compliance standards

  • Strong knowledge of life accident and medical claims processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for agent interaction

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline

  • Proficiency in MS office and claims systems

  • Team player with a proactive attitude
