As a Senior Circle Leader, you will set the path to success by managing performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. Responsible for the day to day Management of the Team,whilst ensuring that all operational procedures and other directives are adhered to.
- Ensuring that all operations are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordinate all organization’s operations.
- You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies.
- You will manage a team of managers,and other direct reports.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years experience as a Team Leader
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Preferably with Customer Service, Telco and Technical Support background
