What We're Looking For:

The Channel Mgr Sr - RFID/Solutions Channel is a strategic role focused on managing high-value RFID channel partnerships and driving advanced solutions sales strategies. This role requires expertise in solution selling, leadership, and the ability to navigate complex challenges. The Channel Manager, Senior plays a critical role in aligning channel activities with Zebra’s long-term business goals.
Essential Responsibilites
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and drive business growth
  • Lead the development of tailored solutions that address complex partner and customer needs
  • Oversee the development and execution of high-impact strategies for key channel accounts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals                                      
    Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify trends and optimize results                                                                                
  • Lead the resolution of complex challenges by identifying resources, developing contingency plans, and implementing solutions                                                                                         
  • Collaborating with partners on co-marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and revenue growth                                                                                               
  • Understands policies and practices related to role and shares ideas for improvement                                                                                      
  • Understands and resolves problems with support from technical resources  
  • Responsible for individual revenue attainment with established prices and personal expenses

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • 5+ years of applicable work experience
  • Experience selling RFID technology and solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in Channel Sales management
  • Proficient in solution selling and negotiation techniques
  • Ideally location on the East Coast
  • Up to 50% travel

  • Solid understanding of Zebra’s products, services, and solutions to effectively address channel partner needs
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and channel dynamics
  • Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with senior-level decision-makers

Pay Range:

$95,920.00 - $143,880.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role an opportunity to earn variable compensation in the form of commission for achieving quota, at 67% , in accordance with the terms of the applicable sales incentive plan.
