The Senior Channel Account Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with our channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. This role involves partner recruitment, sales enablement, and relationship management. It requires strong sales skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for education technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to increase market penetration.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners, providing support and training.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners to drive joint sales efforts.
  • Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and report on revenue growth and channel metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to support partners.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or partnerships, ideally in SaaS or e-learning.
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful channel relationships.
  • Strong sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Salary

  • $80,000 to $100,000 base plus bonus
