Monitor and support a multi-cloud infrastructure environment across Azure, AWS, Windows, Linux, and SQL Server. Triage alerts, resolve incidents, execute patches, maintain compliance records, track reliability metrics, document incidents, improve runbooks, and identify automation opportunities. Participate in a follow-the-sun on-call rotation, including off-hours coverage.

Coordinate a portfolio of cross-functional AI initiatives across Finance, Product, Customer Success, and other teams. Maintain project plans, roadmaps, trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, status reports, dependencies, risks, and approval checklists. Facilitate working sessions, coordinate stakeholders and technical partners, support AI upskilling, document best practices, track adoption metrics, and lead selected agentic workflow projects from proposal through completion. The role focuses on program execution and enablement rather than developing AI models or applications.

Serves as the SVP Product’s operational partner, coordinating product, engineering, content, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. Owns cross-functional delivery metrics, dependency management, roadmap alignment, product launches, go-to-market execution, customer adoption, executive reporting, and strategic initiatives. Translates customer and market insights into product priorities, improves operational processes, supports revenue growth, and provides leadership visibility across distributed global teams.

Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and social media to identify prospects, qualify leads, and book discovery calls or product demonstrations. Research target accounts, industries, personas, and buying triggers using sales tools and market intelligence platforms. Build and evolve Litmos’s learning platform using .NET, React, and SQL Server. Design microservices, APIs, and front-end components; improve scalability, reliability, observability, and performance; establish reusable engineering patterns; collaborate with Product and UX; use AI-assisted development workflows; and own delivery from design through deployment, including Azure DevOps CI/CD and release support.

Owns end-to-end security incident triage, investigation, containment, remediation, and documentation during non-US hours. Investigates events across SIEM, EDR, email, network, identity, and cloud platforms; performs root cause analysis; maintains playbooks and SOC documentation; prepares metrics and incident reports; coordinates shift handoffs; and recommends improvements to SOC tooling, processes, and automation. The role independently performs L2 investigations and L3 response duties for a global security operations team.

Own and mature the organization’s governance, risk, and compliance programs. Responsibilities include maintaining security policies and risk registers, conducting risk and vendor assessments, managing control libraries, coordinating audits, testing controls, tracking remediation, supporting privacy and incident response compliance, administering GRC platforms, and responding to customer security questionnaires. The role advises leadership and cross-functional teams while improving security governance and compliance against frameworks including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.

Operate and maintain an Azure-based SaaS platform by monitoring infrastructure, managing patches, triaging alerts, responding to incidents, maintaining runbooks, tracking SLA and reliability metrics, and supporting CI/CD operations. The role participates in on-call rotations, post-incident reviews, automation initiatives, and infrastructure-as-code improvements while collaborating with cloud engineering teams.

Leads revenue enablement programs spanning sales onboarding, ramp, methodology execution, field readiness, manager coaching, training content, and performance measurement. Partners with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to improve seller productivity, deal progression, win rates, and messaging consistency. Owns scalable learning programs end to end, using CRM, ramp, usage, and performance data to continuously improve effectiveness.

Lead and grow a cloud engineering team while owning Azure-based cloud architecture, IaC (Bicep/ARM/Terraform), reliability, observability, cost optimization, and CI/CD improvements. Drive platform modernization, high availability, incident response, cross-functional collaboration, and mentor engineers to increase autonomy and operational excellence across a global SaaS environment.

Sell Litmos SaaS learning platform by qualifying inbound/outbound leads, building pipeline, delivering demos and proposals, negotiating with executives, closing new logo accounts, and managing territory and Salesforce-based pipeline to meet quota.

Support PR strategy and execution: research influencers/podcasts, coordinate interviews, draft press releases, upload to newswires, and optimize YouTube content using SEO and AI tools.

Lead and scale a high-performing India engineering team, drive engineering processes and operational excellence, ensure global integration with product and delivery, provide technical governance (C#/.NET, Azure, Azure DevOps), and own delivery commitments, incident response, and talent development.

Build and own scalable test automation frameworks (UI, API, integration) using Playwright; integrate automated tests into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines; drive quality strategy, deployment validation, dashboards, and defect resolution; leverage AI/LLMs to accelerate test creation; mentor engineers and develop tools to support exploratory/manual testing.
