Job Purpose
Reporting to the Senior Director, Organizational Design and Effectiveness, the Senior Change Management Specialist will play a key role in the successful implementation of transformation projects and initiatives across the organization by creating and executing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. This role will partner with key stakeholders to assess the impact of changes, develop comprehensive change plans, and drive adoption through a people-centric approach.
Responsibilities

  • Change Management Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and execute program and project level change management strategies and plans aligned with the company's transformation objectives and standards.
    • Contribute to the design and implementation of change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
    • Ensure that change initiatives are aligned to organizational goals and are delivered on time and within scope.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on change-related issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
    • Collaborate with leadership and project teams to assess the impact of change initiatives across the company.
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for change efforts.
    • Oversee communication strategies to ensure transparent, timely, and effective messaging around change programs.
    • Facilitate cross-functional discussions and feedback loops to monitor and manage engagement and resistance.
  • Change Impact & Risk Assessment:
    • Conduct change impact assessments and identify areas of risk that could affect the success of initiatives.
    • Partner with project leadership to develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and minimize disruption.
    • Lead efforts to anticipate organizational challenges and create solutions that support a smooth transition.
  • Performance Support:
    • Lead the creation of change-related training and adoption plans in partnership with learning and development.
    • Coordinate the design and delivery of training programs and performance support resources to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for successful transformation.
    • Coach sponsors, people leaders, project managers, and team members in change management practices and mindsets.
  • Metrics & Continuous Improvement:
    • Establish KPIs and success metrics to monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
    • Report progress and outcomes to project leadership and adjust strategies based on feedback and results.
    • Conduct post-implementation surveys and reviews and leverage data to improve the company's change management capability.


Job requirements
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of change management, organizational development, or business transformation experience
  • Experience with metrics and analytics to assess the success of change initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of change management models, frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Proven track record of leading change initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to identify risks and employ effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

The expected base salary range for this position is $95,000-$102,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
