What You'll Be Doing

 

  • Drive change and transformation initiatives
  • Support the business in their strategic ambitions through project delivery
  • Conduct business readiness and impact assessments
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communications activities
  • Coordinate learning, adoption and benefits realisation deliverables
  • Monitor risks, resistance and change outcomes
  • Manage and measure business adoption
  • Provide insights, reporting and recommendations
  • Support projects and steering committees

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced change management professional with a passion for driving successful business transformation and enabling people to adapt to new ways of working. You'll ideally bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Prosci, Lean and/or Agile Change qualifications
  • Significant change management experience
  • Significant experience in ERP or other technology implementations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities
  • Experience delivering business readiness activities
  • Project or program management experience
