Roles and Responsibilities
- Technical process and product ownership for castings commodity
- Active role in the development and industrialization of new casting technologies
- Work cross functionally with Quality and Design engineers to ensure that new processes achieve established metrics
- Plan and implement process-engineering activities for new product and technology development
- Mentor suppliers in the application of quality tools & requirements and new technologies
- Partner with sourcing team members for Casting supplier development and cost out projects
- Design and implement manufacturing processes
- Pursue continuous improvement for quality and cost reductions in designated area
- Act as change agent, understanding and moving the operation toward world-class performance
- Communicate progress & challenges to leadership teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a technical field (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years Quality/ manufacturing/casting experience) +
- Minimum of 5 years casting experience.
- Ability to travel 25-50%

The base pay range for this position is $116,000.00 - 160,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on October 14, 2026.
