The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Casino Manager to lead the operational and commercial performance of Gaming at Crown Melbourne across VIP, Premium and Mass segments. Reporting to the GM Gaming, this role is responsible for executing gaming floor strategy, optimising revenue and occupancy, and delivering exceptional guest experiences within a highly regulated environment. As a senior leader, you will drive performance through data-led decision making, strong stakeholder partnerships, and effective leadership of large operational teams, while ensuring strict regulatory compliance and alignment to Crown’s strategic goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the execution of gaming floor strategies to drive volume growth, occupancy optimisation, and product performance across all gaming segments

  • Oversee commercial performance, including P&L accountability, revenue delivery, and cost management for assigned segments

  • Analyse performance data (including theoretical win, carded play, and customer behaviour insights) to inform decision making and continuous improvement

  • Partner with Marketing, Hotels, and Food & Beverage teams to identify and activate revenue generating opportunities

  • Champion exceptional guest experiences by driving service standards, monitoring feedback, and implementing improvement initiatives

  • Ensure full compliance with AML/CTF obligations, Responsible Gaming requirements, and all regulatory frameworks

  • Lead and develop the Casino Manager and broader leadership teams, driving accountability, capability uplift, and team engagement.

  • Maintain a strong on-floor presence, proactively engaging with guests, team members, and key stakeholders to ensure operational excellence

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within Gaming operations or a comparable high-volume, complex environment

  • Proven capability managing segment-based P&L performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and commercial optimisation

  • Advanced leadership skills with experience leading large, multi-layered teams and developing high-performing leaders

  • Strong understanding of gaming regulations, including AML/CTF compliance and Responsible Gaming practices

  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability across cross-functional and executive-level partners

  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering premium service and memorable guest experiences

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a 24/7 environment, showing resilience, adaptability, and sound judgement

Skills Required
