Job DescriptionTo provide technical support and troubleshooting, at a country level, for key software applications, including core banking and integration systems. Support the planning of support activities to help optimise performance, security, and reliability. Resolve incidents within MTTR targets, assist with system upgrades, and implement standard improvements. Monitor application performance, support security efforts, and contribute to existing support frameworks to ensure stability and efficiency.
QualificationsBachelor of Information Technology or related
Experience
- 5 years: experience in supporting applications, preferably within banking, financial services, or a similar industry. Experience with core banking systems, peripheral applications, and integration platforms such as ESB or middleware solutions.
- Experience in managing incidents, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues within defined SLAs and MTTR targets. Some experience in supporting application upgrades, patches, and releases.
