Job Description
Client Services - Credit Cards - Fraud Monitoring is responsible for interacting with clients, either directly or indirectly, in support of sales, trading, relationship management, or portfolio management activities. The Credit Cards focus specializes in activities related to the commercial and consumer cards business. Responsibilities include the development of objectives, policies, and plans to maximize market penetration and profits, while also managing the overall credit risk of the business and collections. The Fraud Monitoring area specializes in first level contact with customers once possible fraud has been identified. Contacts customers to verify activity, handling certain fraud-related inbound calls.
Consumer Banking covers activities related to providing services and products directly to consumers through various business channels. This group includes retail banking, consumer lending, auto finance, small business banking, and related business areas.
