InterSystems, a global software company located in Boston, is looking for a Senior Campus Recruiter to join our established campus team. This role will focus on recruitment, program management, candidate experience, and event planning/attendance. The campus recruitment team is responsible for hiring 75+ candidates a year across our internship and rotational new grad programs.
Responsibilities:
- Execute entry level hiring efforts for Internships, and rotational new grad programs including sourcing, career fair attendance, interviewing, and offers, and onboarding.
- Partner in the creation and execution of the Fall campus recruiting strategy leveraging tools such as Handshake, attending career fairs, and planning our Grace Hopper attendance.
- Continue to support and grow our Campus DEI strategy and programs.
- Leverage existing tools to track large volumes of data across campus programs to help make data-driven decisions YOY.
- Maintain compliance with all University Employer Policies.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and improvements. Oversee external program branding opportunities with sites such as HandShake, BuiltIn, and GlassDoor.
- Manage logistics of our graduate programs including on-boarding, training, candidate engagement, mentor/project assignments, new hire engagement, and internal communications to keep new hires and participating departments informed.
- Collaborate with numerous internal teams and stakeholders to work towards a common goal.
Qualifications:
- 5+ year of experience in campus recruiting, preferably at a tech/software company.
- High level of persistence, problem solving, attention to detail, and organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience making data-driven decisions.
- Prior experience with GreenHouse or Handshake a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
