What we are looking for:
We are seeking an experienced Senior C++ Software Engineer with strong system-level programming expertise and advanced troubleshooting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Windows internals and be passionate about solving complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement high-performance C++ applications while maintaining code quality and system stability
Perform advanced crash dump analysis and BSOD investigations
Develop and maintain secure authentication implementations using Windows security protocols
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve critical technical issues
Mentor junior developers in system-level programming and troubleshooting methodologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
5+ years of professional experience in C++ development with demonstrated senior-level expertise
Expert-level knowledge of Windows internals and system architecture
Advanced proficiency in WinDbg for crash dump analysis, including:
Strong understanding of x64 architecture
Extensive experience with WIN32 API
Ability to analyze and resolve BSOD issues
Deep knowledge of Windows Authentication Architecture:
SSPI
Kerberos protocol implementation
LDAP protocol and directory services
Extensive experience with:
RPC
DCOM
Strong understanding of memory management, thread synchronization, and system resource optimization
