Senior Buyer Indirect

What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage a buying portfolio of 30 Mio. € across our European plants in co-operation with the local plants.
- Execute a comprehensive RFQ process.
- Develop and execute commodity strategies for packaging commodity.
- Implement successful saving ideas.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and co-operate with related central departments.
Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related technical field.
- Several years purchasing experience, in automotive industry preferred.
- PC knowledge (Office) and cost analysis knowledge.
- Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside / outside the company and to interact with people to reach team goals and business objectives.
- Ability to recognize and respond to internal customer expectations with sense of urgency.
- Ability to gather information, analyze data, prepare and lead negotiations as well as deliver a recommendation.
- Some travel may be occurring.
