About the team / domain

You'll be joining within Corporate Bank Cash management the TDI - Bulk Payments Tribe. We are dedicated to giving our clients the ability to make ACH payments with the same services and formats around the globe. To build an integrated ACH Payment solution with one Core Payment Engine.

SEPA-engine is the backbone of Payment processing system in the Bank covering about 93% of the total Payment business (up to 67 Mio Payments on peak days. 43 Billion volume)

Your key responsibilities

You need to be an experienced Senior Business Functional Analyst, communicator and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the organization in an empathic and considerate way. You must have proven experience in analyzing business needs and translating them into requirements.

• Identify and coordinate the changes required for a large programme that transforms the German Corporate Bank landscape.
• You are responsible for analyzing complex requirements, translating them into digital solutions by integrating multiple IT systems
• Focus on functional and technical design as well as the documentation of end-to-end target processes within the development team.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Engineers in an agile environment.
• Actively participate in knowledge exchange and adherence to best practices.
• Ensure that solutions meet business needs by supporting testing on behalf users, operations and testing teams including reviewing test plan, test cases and test scenarios and when required support testing with interface partners.

Your skills and experiences

• Multiple years of experience as a business analyst in the banking area or a related field,
• Expertise and detailed knowledge within the payment area, i.e.regarding Payment Processing for common Payment products (SEPA and SWIFT) as well as ISO20022 financial service messages and SWIFT Message Types
• Ability to identify and interpret stakeholders needs and requirements Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and requirements
• Excellent team work capabilities, while being collaborative, innovative and intelligent in problem solving
• E2E view for product and its processes from customer to backend systems with an ability to simplify complex activities
• Self-motivation and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations
• Excellent communication skills in both business and IT context and can communicate fluently in English. German is a Plus.
