Primary Accountabilities
• Use line of business and business system expertise including business rule and process knowledge to provide leadership for the most complex business application systems projects.
• Works with technology area to identify technology opportunities and share the our strategy.
• Leads brainstorming, conceptualization, prioritization, and initiation for future system use and enhancements.
• Works with technology area to clarify our requirements where needed and helps develop the test strategy and plan for large projects.
• Researches complex system issues and coordinates resolution.
• Evaluates business system application developments and technologies within the insurance industry and business markets that are relevant to the business and future business strategy.
