The Supply Chain Information Technology team is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst, SAP IBP. This position involves creating advanced planning tools, analyzing data, and building optimization models for strategic and tactical supply chain planning. It also requires supporting current SAP IBP / APO planning systems. This role is located at NVIDIA headquarters in Santa Clara, California. Candidates must have strong knowledge of supply chain business processes and experience working closely with business customers.
What you’ll be doing:
Architect, build, and deliver scalable, implementable solutions for complex supply chain requirements using SAP IBP Response & Supply, Demand Planning modules.
Demonstrate process improvement techniques to streamline business process and architect solutions.
Manage projects to roll out new and refine existing functionalities currently implemented at NVIDIA within SAP IBP planning modules.
Build prototypes and proof of concepts for business requirements and translate them into effective operational solutions.
Build end-to-end supply chain planning processes covering materials planning, supply planning, constrained planning, deployment, replenishment, and service parts planning.
Build business and product scenarios to help the BU improve NVIDIA's profitability and market share.
Influence senior leadership in business to adopt scalable solutions and systems/tools.
What we need to see:
Bachelors or Master's degree, or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
12+ years of relevant work experience architecting, crafting, and implementing comprehensive supply chain planning solutions using advanced planning tools.
Consistent record of using data analysis, planning models, and business process expertise to deliver measurable business results.
Knowledge of integration tools such as SAP CPI, CI-DS, RTI, OData, APIs, or other middleware.
Deep knowledge in materials planning, inventory planning, supply planning, and replenishment processes.
Experience in service parts planning, aftermarket forecasting, spare parts restocking, irregular demand, substitution, supersession, and service-level planning.
Experience setting up SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, master data, planning operators, alerts, dashboards, and Excel planning views.
Strong SAP S/4HANA or ECC integration knowledge, especially across MM, PP, SD, and EWM.
Understanding of supply chain planning in the semiconductor industry is advantageous.
Experience in supply chain AI, automation, analytics, or AI-powered planning workflows is advantageous.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD for Level 5, and 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD for Level 6.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
