TEAM
The Corporate Systems team mission is to enable users to manage operations effectively and empower leaders by providing the information needed to make decisions that support the overall business mission. We implement, manage, and support internal business systems, including ERP, EPM, HR platforms, employee expense systems, and reporting. Simply put, we strive to deliver scalable and efficient tools that are useful.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You will support and enhance enterprise solutions for Oracle ERP (finance & procure to pay), EPM (planning, budgeting & financial reporting), employee expenses, and BI reporting platforms, with a primary emphasis on business functions within the Japan region. You will also partner closely with teams in the US and UK to understand requirements, improve processes, and deliver scalable solutions. You will do hands-on troubleshooting, system configuration, and create continuous improvements to support day-to-day operations. To do this, you’ll use your communication and collaboration skills in both Japanese and English-speaking environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and contribute to full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Support users across multiple timezones and regions, with particular focus on global Finance, Procurement, EPM, Travel & employee Expenses (T&E) processes, especially in Japan
- Manage requirements, translate business needs into testable acceptance criteria, and manage defects and data quality issues throughout the project lifecycle to assess impact and ensure smooth adoption
- Provide implementation workshops, drive ongoing expansion and adoption of the Oracle platform, identifying process improvement and automation opportunities, and push for continuous improvement by expanding Oracle Fusion capabilities. Provide support, including day-to-day application support, and global month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Come to the office 3 times per week per our hybrid work policy, and report to the Corporate Systems Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise ERP systems, preferably Oracle fusion cloud (ERP)
- 3+ years experience using Oracle EPM hierarchies, facts and dimensions, Smart Forms, and the end-to-end data flows between Oracle Fusion, EPM, and related downstream systems
- Experience administering Oracle EPM Cloud, including managing dimensions, users, roles, and security configurations
- Both business-level Japanese and English communication ability
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, experience across Finance, Procure-to-Pay
- Experience writing SQL queries to build, validate, or debug BI reports
- Experience building or supporting reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI and/or Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Ability to track requirements, manage backlogs, and coordinate across cross-functional teams using modern PM tools like JIRA or similar
