Senior Business & Strategy Consultant (On-Site from Saudi) - Octopus by RTG

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Consultant with a strong background in consultancy to join our team onsite in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in analyzing complex business challenges, developing strategic solutions, and driving impactful results for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, processes, and challenges to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, frameworks, and recommendations to achieve client objectives.
• Lead and facilitate workshops, presentations, and meetings with senior stakeholders to align on business solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute project roadmaps.
• Provide insights on market trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategies, ensuring alignment with defined goals and KPIs.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and solutions effectively.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
2. Proven experience (6+ years) working in a consultancy firm, with exposure to diverse industries and projects.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex challenges.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated experience in project management and delivering results within tight timelines.
6. Proficiency in data analysis tools, business modeling, and presentation software.
7. Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural context is a strong advantage.
8. Willingness to work onsite in Saudi Arabia and travel as required.
