POSITION REQUIREMENTS
FORMAL EDUCATION – B.E Degree completion in IT / Computer Science stream.
TECHNICAL SKILLSET REQUIREMENTS
- Senior – Customer Support (U.S Customers) / Senior – Technical Troubleshooting
- Any CRM experience (Service Now, MS Dynamics, BMC Remedy)
- SAP Basics - nice to have but not mandatory.
- Batch Monitoring / Application Monitoring (nice to have but not mandatory)
- Handling issues within 1- hour to Same Business Day priority
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent English communication skills, and customer service skills required.
- Likely to receive / perform 3-5 calls per shifts for establishing connectivity with products.
- 24/7 rotational shift basis with a shift change once every 2 months.
- Should possess mailbox monitoring and handling skills.
- Self-Motivated and independent worker when necessary to achieve high output results.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email for interacting with staff, colleagues, customers, and external third parties
- Detail oriented individual who is a people person and has a positive attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions but also has confidence in making suggestions to improve processes.
Preferred: (3 - 5 years of continuous work experience)
- Technical Help Desk – troubleshooting experience.
- Global Customer Service Agent experience
