The Role:We’re looking for a mission-driven Senior Business Sourcer to join Ambience’s early recruiting team and own top-of-funnel execution across business-critical non-technical roles. In this foundational, high-impact role, you’ll design and drive sourcing strategies across Sales, G&A, and Post-Sales teams — surfacing exceptional talent in highly competitive markets.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers across Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, BizOps, Finance, and Legal to deeply understand success profiles, calibrate quickly, and build high-signal pipelines. You’ll develop and iterate on sourcing infrastructure that blends creativity, systems thinking, and storytelling to deliver repeatable results.
This is a builder’s role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and brings both strategic insight and executional rigor to the craft of business sourcing.
What You’ll Do:Own sourcing strategy for high-priority GTM, G&A, and Non-technical (Core) roles.
Build talent maps, search strategies, and outreach sequences that drive repeatable, high-signal candidate pipelines.
Partner closely with hiring managers across GTM and G&A functions to align on success profiles and iterate quickly on search calibration.
A/B test outreach messaging across different segments (e.g., quota-carrying vs. strategic ops) to improve response rates and candidate engagement.
Design and document scalable sourcing systems — including templates, playbooks, and enablement tools — to support recruiting velocity and quality.
Act as a core sourcing thought partner within the recruiting org, contributing best practices and leveling up our systems and strategy.
Champion a thoughtful and inclusive candidate experience that builds trust and long-term brand equity with every interaction.
Experienced – 5+ years in G&A or GTM sourcing/recruiting, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment where adaptability, creativity, and urgency were critical.
Business Fluent – Deep understanding of how Sales, Ops, and G&A functions drive company growth; you translate complex hiring needs into actionable sourcing strategies.
High-Signal Identifier – Proven track record of sourcing and delivering business operators, sales talent, and customer success professionals that exceed expectations.
System Builder – You don’t just source — you build. You’ve designed sourcing systems (search strategies, outreach sequences, talent maps) that scale.
Engaging Communicator – You craft personalized, compelling outreach that earns the attention of passive talent in crowded markets.
Collaborative Partner – Trusted by hiring managers and execs for your insights, reliability, and ability to move quickly and transparently.

Pay Transparency
We offer a base compensation range of approximately $165,000–$195,000 per year, exclusive of equity. This intentionally broad range provides flexibility for candidates to tailor their cash and equity mix based on individual preferences. Our compensation philosophy prioritizes meaningful equity grants, enabling team members to share directly in the impact they help create. If your expectations fall outside of this range, we still encourage you to apply—our approach to compensation considers a range of factors to ensure alignment with each candidate's unique needs and preferences.
