Position Summary
The Senior Business Solutions Consultant serves as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, driving initiatives that improve operational efficiency, enhance user experiences, and deliver measurable business value. This role works across business and technology teams to identify opportunities, define solution strategies, optimize processes, and lead the successful execution of complex initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a versatile professional who combines business acumen, analytical thinking, project leadership, and technical aptitude. They are comfortable leading discussions with executives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, managing initiatives from concept through implementation, and supporting business systems that enable organizational success. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly shift between consultant, analyst, project lead, administrator, and problem solver based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business consulting, business analysis, operations, business systems, project leadership, product ownership, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Experience managing projects, workstreams, or strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decisions at all levels of the organization without direct authority.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

- Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, Operations, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Advanced degree preferred but not required.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$67,900.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
