How you’ll make an impact:
In this role you will partner with the business to deeply understand current workflows, pain points, and opportunities to increase efficiency, enabling us the better answer patients' needs. The main activities to achieve the results include following:
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable process requirements and identify impactful improvement opportunities.
- Map end-to-end processes in close partnership with field teams and business stakeholders, creating transparency, alignment, and harmonization.
- Analyze processes to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas ready for optimization.
- Create smart data flows by mapping data inputs, structures, and reporting needs - empowering teams to make informed decisions.
- Spot automation opportunities and propose innovative solutions that deliver measurable results.
- Desing future-ready processes tailored to evolving business needs and strategic goals.
- Drive execution by collaborating on process improvements, automation development, and system enhancements.
What you'll need (Required):
- Demonstrated deep expertise in Business Analysis/Process Analysis/Business Process Management, and Continuous Improvement
- Strong project management skills paired with a sharp analytical mindset
- Solid foundation in data analytics and statistics, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and at least basic knowledge of dashboarding tools (i.e.: Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 and experience with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio
- Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology

- Commercial background is a strong advantage
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus
- Proactive, accountable, and self-driven approach with the ability to lead initiatives
