🚀 Your next challenge
As part of Pluxee’s transformation and the implementation of a multi-country Digital Marketing Spoke model, this role is key to optimizing marketing automation across both B2C and B2M audiences. Reporting to the Spoke Performance Manager, you will drive customer and merchant engagement, lead management, lifecycle automation, and campaign efficiency to support business growth across Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, and Bulgaria.

What you’ll be doing:
•    Manage and optimize B2C and B2M marketing automation platforms (e.g., Brevo, HubSpot) to support engagement, lead generation, retention, and conversion strategies.
•    Design and implement audience segmentation and personalization tactics to improve the effectiveness of automated campaigns.
•    Plan, execute, and continuously improve email and lifecycle campaigns based on behavioral triggers and real-time data.
•    Develop and optimize lead generation and nurturing workflows to increase the quality and conversion of merchant leads.
•    Manage and refine lead scoring models to prioritize and convert high-value prospects efficiently.
•    Ensure seamless integration with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) to maintain data consistency and tracking.
•    Monitor campaign performance, interpret insights, and optimize ROI, customer lifetime value (LTV), and conversion rates.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital marketing, product, sales) to align automation strategies with business objectives.
•    Stay informed on best practices, trends, and innovations in marketing automation and customer journey optimization.
🌟 You’re a match
•    Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, with proven results in B2C and/or B2M contexts.
•    Hands-on expertise with platforms such as Brevo, HubSpot, or similar.
•    Strong understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and lead management.
•    Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing email marketing and automation strategies.
•    Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on data-driven insights.
•    Collaborative spirit with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
•    Strategic and results-oriented, capable of tailoring automation to both consumer and merchant journeys.
•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
•    Full working proficiency in English.

You will be part of the Digital Marketing Spoke team covering Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, and Bulgaria. You will report to the Spoke Performance Manager and work closely with key country stakeholders in marketing, sales, and product.
