  • Develop user stories, detailed acceptance criteria, and process flows that enable delivery teams to build solutions aligned with customer expectations.
  • Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for new features and business process improvements.
  • Analyze end-to-end business processes, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
  • Maintain structured documentation and ensure traceability between requirements, development, operations, and reporting through tools such as Confluence and Jira.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through clear requirements, workflow definitions, and operational insights.
  • Participate in and support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in removing blockers, identifying risks, and maintaining alignment to sprint goals.
  • Track sprint progress and team commitments using Jira, ensuring transparency across stakeholders.
  • Provide updates on milestones, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure timely follow-up on action items and delivery commitments.
  • Help maintain project plans, dashboards, and roadmaps to support clarity of direction and progress.

Tools & Technology

  • Utilize Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and project visibility.
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline documentation updates, workflow automation, and multi-team coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or Agile delivery.
  • Proven experience writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and frameworks; certification (CSM, SAFe, or similar) preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
  • Certifcation: CSM, PMP, AI, or SAFe

Preferred Qualifications
