Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Analyst to support a global business transformation programme.
Working closely with business stakeholders, you will be responsible for understanding, documenting and analysing current business processes, with a primary focus on Sales and Opportunity-to-Order processes.
Your primary responsibility will be to capture high-quality current-state L5 processes in Signavio, creating a comprehensive process repository that supports future transformation, process standardisation and optimisation initiatives.
Beyond documenting processes, you will analyse regional variations, identify opportunities for standardization, automation and continuous improvement, and provide recommendations based on your observations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end business processes and tools across Sales, Opportunity-to-Order and related functions.
- Conduct one-to-one process discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
- Document current-state processes in Signavio using BPMN standards and agreed modelling conventions.
- Validate process maps with SMEs.
- Analyse processes and tools to identify regional variations, inconsistencies and opportunities for standardisation.
- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and programme leadership.
- Support development of a global process repository.
- Ensure documentation supports future process mining, automation and reporting.
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships and manage multiple priorities independently.

- Experience with Opportunity-to-Order, Lead-to-Cash or Sales
Operations processes.
- Business transformation programme experience.
- Experience engaging directly with SMEs and producing
executive-ready documentation.
