🌟 About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Business Operations! In this role, you'll serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant to our leadership team. You'll be the analytical backbone helping bring structure to solve ambiguity, diving deep into complex business challenges to identify opportunities, and driving actionable data-driven solutions. This high-impact, executive-facing role offers deep exposure to how a fast-growing startup operates while building strategic frameworks and processes that scale with our business.

🛠 What you’ll do

  • Partner with leadership to identify, analyze, and solve complex challenges across multiple departments
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and analyses to track performance and surface actionable insights
  • Support critical planning processes and contribute to board memos that shape company strategy
  • Collaborate directly with our leadership team on strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
  • Translate complex business problems into clear analytical frameworks and strategic recommendations
  • Drive cross-functional projects, working closely across GTM, product, engineering and operations to optimize processes and drive results

🙌 What you bring

  • 4-7 years of experience in a business operations or analytics role, including 3+ years in management consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to analyze data, derive key insights and diagnose business issues
  • Ability to think independently and strategically, with an exceptional attention to detail to drive program management and execution of strategy
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear strategic insights and recommendations for executive leadership
  • Strong executive presence - excellent verbal & written communications skills
  • Strong proficiency with Excel; experience in SQL and BI tooling
  • High intellectual horsepower with attention to detail and ability to work with autonomy
  • You think and operate like a founder; you don’t wait for permission to make an impact

Annual Salary Range: $150,000—$185,000 USD

The range above reflects the typical salary range for this role. The final offer will depend on factors such as your experience, interview performance, level, and other considerations assessed during the hiring process.
