Role Overview
Supports distribution operations, strategic execution, and business operations across NA P&C by developing actionable insights, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and improving operational effectiveness. The role combines business analytics, operational execution, and enterprise coordination to support growth, enhance organizational performance, and build scalable business capabilities. Develops and manages KPI frameworks, broker reporting, executive dashboards, and operational reporting that enable data-driven decision making across NA P&C.
Key Responsibilities
Distribution Operations
Support distribution operations through broker analytics, reporting, pipeline visibility, and cross-functional coordination
Develop reporting and actionable insights to identify growth opportunities, strengthen broker relationships, and improve distribution effectiveness
Partner with underwriting and distribution leadership to improve coordination, visibility, and operational effectiveness across the organization
Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and analytics to enhance broker intelligence, reporting efficiency, and operational coordination
Strategic Execution Support
Support execution of strategic initiatives through project coordination, roadmap management, executive reporting, and progress tracking
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment across Distribution, Underwriting, and corporate functions
Identify operational gaps, execution risks, and process improvement opportunities across underwriting and shared functions
Support development of scalable operating processes, reporting frameworks, and management routines that improve organizational effectiveness
Leverage automation and AI tools to improve execution tracking, workflow efficiency, documentation, and organizational visibility
Business Performance & Analytics
Develop and manage KPI frameworks, executive reporting, and operational dashboards across NA P&C
Analyze financial, operational, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Support forecasting, business performance management, strategic planning, and budgeting activities in partnership with Finance and business leaders
Apply AI and advanced analytics to enhance reporting, operational insights, forecasting, and decision support
What You Bring
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, business operations, consulting, analytics, or operational transformational roles
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field

•Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
•Strong analytical and business problem-solving capabilities, including experience with reporting, KPI development, and operational insights
•Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, operational planning, or strategic execution efforts preferred
•Exposure to insurance, financial services, distribution, underwriting operations, or other complex operating environments preferred
•Experience working with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, or business performance analysis preferred
•Strong proficiency with reporting, analytics, and productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI/Tableau, PowerPoint, project management tools, etc.)

Pay Transparency
The pay range for this position is $125,000-$156,000, which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate’s geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
