The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, Data & Analytics, and Technology identifying requirements, guiding delivery, and shaping the future of our data ecosystem. The role has two primary focuses:
- Driving insight and analytics identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing opportunities in support of business priorities
- Supporting the road mapping discussions across Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Data Science initiatives. This role will also partner with the BI scrum master in daily stand-ups and run agile sprints for the BI and Data Engineering teams, ensuring smooth execution and measurable outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalytics & Business Insights
- Develop a deep understanding of business needs to shape targeted analytical
- Analyze business processes and functional requirements to support data-driven
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify KPIs, success metrics, and opportunities for optimization.
- Clearly communicate findings, prototypes, and recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders
- Lead roadmap planning sessions across BI, Data Engineering, and Data Science initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term strategy.
- Facilitate “art of the possible” conversations to explore future use cases, emerging technologies, and innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather business and technical
- Translate requirements into actionable stories, epics, and development
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure
- Champion data governance efforts in partnership with the BI Leader to ensure data quality, consistency, and trust.
- Create and maintain business glossaries, data lineage documentation, and data quality artifacts.
- Ensure analytic and data science outputs are easily consumable and support business decision-making.

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience defining analytics requirements and delivering solutions in an Agile environment.
- Experience developing insight using ai
- Proven experience leading roadmaps for BI, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams
- Strong experience running stand-ups and agile ceremonies to manage sprint delivery desirable.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Python as programming languages
- Experience using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy)
- 3+ years of Data Governance experience, including business glossary and lineage
- Exposure to multiple database platforms (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, MS SQL, AWS RDS/Redshift)
- Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Talend, Kafka, DataStage, Oracle Data Integrator)
- MDM and cloud data platform experience is a
- Strong business acumen with preferred experience in Warranty/Insurance, Field Services, Contact Centers, or Marketing
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
