Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting full life cycle analysis on workflow and data to contribute to long-term company growth. You will work heavily with our proprietary software, as well as third party applications. You will monitor performance and quality control plans to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide managers across departments with insights and other actionable data to help drive informed business decisions
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Manage different databases and ensure data is recorded and stored accurately
• Work with Tableau, Excel, and other data analysis tools to aggregate data, compile statistics, create models and produce other data visualizations
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with upper management to prioritize new strategic initiatives
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Assist in the automation of workflows across departments

What we look for:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, MIS, or related field
• 2+ years experience working in related field 
• Proficient knowledge of Excel
• Experience working with relational databases
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong problem solving and teamwork abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Tableau or PowerBI proficiency required
• Experience coding with Python or R preferred
• Experience creating predictive models preferred
• Experience writing SQL queries preferred
• Experience in Salesforce is preferred
