Iron Mountain is seeking a Business Finance Analyst to join our Finance team.In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitability and supporting strategic decision-making through advanced financial analysis and reporting. You will play a key part in delivering insightful financial reporting and analysis to aid business decisions.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Develop and manage performance reporting versus budget through monthly flash reports.
- Collaborate with management, operations, finance, and accounting teams to perform detailed risk assessments and build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across reporting tools such as Return on Investment (ROI) analysis, cube analytics, Record to Report (RTR)/Contract to Report (CTR), and payroll.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, financial modeling, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
