In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
  • Perform results analysis for metrics within the Front Line Monitoring Inventory that breach boundaries.
  • Determine if risk is present, identify potential root cause, and document research.
  • Provide disposition and commentary for each metric for stakeholder reporting.
  • Analysis includes communication with process owner, escalation to a forum call (if applicable), and follow up on committed action plans from key partners.
  • Present metrics that consistently breach on forum calls with key stakeholders (including control owners, compliance partners, and process owners) to share findings.
  • • Experience developing and executing test plans and test scripts, for complex business and functional requirements.
    • Experience as a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator or Site Owner. Experience using SharePoint Designer 2013. 
    • Knowledge of Wells Fargo Consumer Bank products, sales processes, data and systems (for internal applicants)
    • Knowledge of case management and workflow solutions to enable real time detection strategies (SAS, Actimize, Pega).
    • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective leadership ability to drive successful execution of strategic plans; ability to plan, prioritize and set goals. Must possess strong collaborative skills.
    • Ability to influence without direct authority, create and manage (while achieving results) large-scale change and influence people at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to execute effectively in a matrixed organization, develop partnerships with many business and functional areas and maintain strong credible relationships with key stakeholder groups.
    • Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines amid shifting priorities.
    • Demonstrated facilitation, leadership and organizational skills in large working sessions

    Successful candidates will have a good understanding of supervisory oversight and risk management programs in a large, distributed, diverse organization and will leverage this knowledge to facilitate the design, development and implementation of risk detection capabilities within the Consumer Bank. Leadership and relationship management will be determining factors in selection.  He/She must have strong understanding of business drivers and processes and be an effective influencer that has credibility with business leaders and able to offer credible challenge as needed

Job Expectations:

  • 4+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both.
    • 4+ years of prior experience with relational database modeling concepts, including the ability to write simple database queries for analytical purposes.
    • Expertise in eliciting and understanding business requirements to recommend solutions for complex technology initiatives, including interpreting business needs and translating them into application design and operational requirements.
