Maintain an organized, up-to-date database of prospects and partners using Microsoft Dynamics, CRM tools, and Excel. Track progress and report on key performance metrics.
Skills Required
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and closing partnerships with educational institutions or community organizations
- Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and local market expansion through online and offline strategies
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination (marketing, operations, product)
- Experience managing client inquiries and maintaining long-term partnerships with a solutions-oriented approach
- Experience collecting market intelligence and translating feedback into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics, CRM tools, and Excel for pipeline and database management
- Ability to track and report key performance metrics for partnerships and campaigns
- Negotiation and contract management experience
