Description
Conduct pre-call research and planning, qualify opportunities and update Salesforce.com with activity based data.
Interact with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media using proven situational leadership strategies.
Facilitate call campaigns targeting tradeshow leads; identify best practices and ensures others are equipped to learn from and leverage them across the team.
Coach and mentor other associates.
Identify process improvement opportunities and work with business development and cross-functional teams to improve outcomes and KPIs.
Lead collaboration with peers, managers and quota-carrying representatives to identify strategies and assess results.
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Qualifications
At least 2 years of sales experience
At least 1 year of successfully delivering business development results in a technology company
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Salesforce.com experience
