As a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll play a central role in our GTM engine, engaging senior finance executives and shaping early-stage conversations across priority accounts in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives, contributing to territory planning, account prioritisation, outbound strategy, opportunity qualification, and progression. BlackLine provides structured onboarding and enablement to support lasting impact across our GTM organisation.You'll Get To:
Own outbound execution across a portfolio of enterprise accounts using phone, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns;
Engage senior business leaders including CFOs, CIOs, Financial Controllers, and Heads of Shared Services, with outreach grounded in commercial acumen and deep research;
Align with Account Executives on territory planning, account prioritization, pre-pipeline forecasting, with shared accountability for pipeline quality and deal progression;
Translate external signals into timely outbound messaging, including earnings calls, investor updates, media coverage, and hiring activity;
Operate within a modern sales stack including Salesforce, Gong Engage, Orum, 6sense, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Gemini Enterprise.
