Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager, Retail & E-Commerce to join our Nordic HQ in central Stockholm. Within the Nordics, Kraft Heinz operates both with direct sales and through distributor partners both in Retail and Away from home (foodservice). This key role combines business development and key account management, focusing on Retail. The role would be responsible for our retail distributor partners in Finland, and Iceland as well as identifying whitespace opportunities and building our E-com business in Sweden. In this position you'll be reporting to the Head of Retail in the Nordic leadership team.
Your tasks:

  • Drive Distributor Retail Markets: Lead strategy development and joint business planning and execution, set targets, and manage investments and business cases, pricing, forecast and day to operation for retail distributor partners in Finland and Iceland. Ensure execution aligns with annual plans and objectives of the P&L.
  • Expand E-Commerce & Whitespace in Sweden: Identify whitespace opportunities and build our retail E-Commerce business in Sweden, the region's largest retail market. Serve as the Nordic spokesperson for E-Commerce, connecting with the central E-Commerce team.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (Sales Retail & Away from Home, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance) and external stakeholders to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Innovate and Grow: Take the Nordics business to the next level by driving growth and seizing new opportunities in existing business and new whitespace.


Your Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing). A Master's degree will be considered as a plus
  • +5 years' experience in a similar/relevant position in Business Development/Key Account Management, experience from FMCG Retail is a plus
  • Experience with Distributors, E-commers, Whitespace, Nordic countries and Retail channel
  • We are looking for a person with a genuine passion and interest for sales management and business development with strong project leading management skills
  • Language skills: fluent in English, both written and oral, Nordic language is a plus
  • Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential
