About this position
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Key Account Manager to join our Nordic HQ in central Stockholm and make a difference at Kraft Heinz in the Swedish retail market. You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and will report to the Head of Retail. The delivery of sales goals will be your primary responsibility, building strong customer relationships and ensuring accelerated growth searching for new opportunities and improvements.
Your responsibilities:
- Handling relationships with customers and building strong partnerships (ICA and Coop)
- Owning the P&L for some of the largest Swedish accounts (ICA and Coop)
- Preparing and driving the Annual Negotiations and Operating Plan for these accounts, negotiating, and implementing promo plans
- Optimizing assortment, distribution and rotation including securing listings of new products to reach growth ambitions
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, Legal, Away from home (foodservice)) and external partners to achieve high-reaching goals

- Cross-channel opportunities
- Innovate and Grow: Take the Nordics business to the next level by driving the business with a growth mindset and seizing new opportunities.
Your Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Engineering, Business or Marketing). A Master's degree will be considered as a plus
- +5 years' experience in a similar/relevant position in Key Account Management, experience from Grocery/FMCG Retail is a plus
- Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is crucial
- Languages Fluent Swedish and excellent English skills
