Senior Business Development Manager - HUBS/DTIS
Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Development Manager specializing in alternative stores within the mobile in-app industry, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and cultivating strategic partnerships with app developers, publishers, and distribution channels. Your primary focus will be on expanding our network of partners and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Partnership Development- Identify and prioritize potential partners within the mobile in-app ecosystem, with a specific focus on alternative stores and Ignite services. Develop and execute strategies to establish and nurture long-term partnerships that align with our business objectives.
    • Sales and Revenue Generation- Drive revenue growth by leveraging your sales expertise to negotiate favorable terms and agreements with partners. Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Publisher Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with app developers and publishers, understanding their needs and challenges in user acquisition (UA) and monetization. Provide consultative support and solutions to help partners optimize their performance and achieve their goals.
    • Market Analysis and Insights- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the mobile in-app space. Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging trends.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment on partnership objectives and execution. Provide input and feedback to inform product development and enhancement initiatives.
    • Reporting and Analytics- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to partnership activities and revenue generation. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.


Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within the mobile in-app industry.
    • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and establishing strategic partnerships.
    • Deep understanding of the mobile in-app ecosystem, including app stores, publishers, ad networks, and monetization strategies.
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners and internal teams.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
