  • Account Acquisition – Hunting & Farming – Business Target
  • Market Coverage – Coverage & Penetration of Account Universe
  • Sales Governance & Process Adherence

Qualifications

  • Work Experience: 6yrs+
  • Min B2B Sales: Should have a minimum of 4-6 yrs. of B2B sales to Large Corporates
  • Ability to assess market needs; gather and synthesize requirements from customers
  • Understand the competitive environment and communicate customer value proposition and build business case to optimize revenue.

 Other Attributes

  • Hard core Skill- B2B Solution sales (Preferably HR Consulting Solution, Training Solutions )
  • Role – B2B Elements both Door Opening as well as Account Management 
  • Exposure – Should have interacted with HR Head, Sales Head, L&D Heads & CXO Level.
  • Added preference- Must have knowledge of the Staffing industry and field sales in the CPG industry.
  • Aptitude to work in a high-pressure environment & deliver results
  • Ability to assess market needs; gather and synthesize requirements from customers; understand the competitive environment and communicate customer value proposition and build business case to optimize revenue
  • Should be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, able to work in a fast paced organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile (Skills & Competencies)

  • Preferably-MBA
  • Domain knowledge of Staffing & hiring solution
  • Proven new business development skills within an industry
  • Proven experience in managing and negotiating large, complex business development initiatives from start to finish
  • Basic finance knowledge in terms of preparing cost sheets.
  • Ability to build customized solutions that deliver tangible value to the marketplace
  • Engaging with senior management and having sound functional knowledge of Sales and Service functions in a direct and channel set up
  • Have a consultative skills- act like a consultant/advisor to client’s business
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills, including coordinating with support functions like finance , legal etc
  • Ability to track and understand competitive activity relevant to industry sector
  • Good presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload
  • Networking Skills
