Senior Business Development Manager (Asia / APAC)

BETER is an international product group of companies operating in the B2B segment, specializing in fast sports and esports tournaments and technological solutions for their distribution.

BETER is the exclusive rights holder of tournament products, broadcasting rights, and official data, and ensures their organization through professional tournament operators, including Setka Cup and ESportsBattle, which conduct official sports and esports events in accordance with established standards and under the auspices of relevant federations and regulatory requirements.

We're hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the region. You'll own the APAC pipeline end-to-end, work across both regulated and grey markets, and support our Asia team on the ground.

Responsibilities:

• Own the APAC outbound pipeline from start to finish.
• Create new deals, leads and opportunities across Southeast Asia, India, the Philippines and the wider region.
• Run regional market and competitor research.
• Sell into both regulated and grey APAC markets.
• Support the Asia team and represent BETER's esports, sports data and odds feed products.
• Keep the CRM disciplined and hit agreed pipeline targets.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in B2B iGaming sales, ideally with sportsbook or data-feed providers.
• APAC market experience and a strong regional operator network.
• A clear understanding of Asian markets, esports betting, and navigating regulated vs grey markets.
• Experience owning a pipeline end-to-end.
• Fluent English.
