Rejoignez l’équipe Digital Purchases de Nielsen et jouez un rôle clé dans le développement international de l’un des plus importants actifs de données e-commerce au monde. Vous serez l’interface entre les équipes métier, les clients et les experts data, en pilotant des initiatives stratégiques, des projets d’expansion internationale et des études analytiques à fort impact.

Missions

Piloter les initiatives d’expansion internationale

  • Conduire le déploiement des données Digital Purchases dans de nouveaux pays et marchés.
  • Évaluer la disponibilité et la qualité des données afin de soutenir leur commercialisation.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes locales pour identifier les opportunités et accélérer l’adoption de la solution.
  • Coordonner les parties prenantes à l’international afin d’assurer la réussite des projets.

Analyse business et accompagnement des clients

  • Analyser les données consommateurs et e-commerce afin de produire des insights business exploitables.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients, réaliser des études de faisabilité et contribuer aux Proofs of Concept (POC).
  • Traduire des résultats analytiques complexes en recommandations business claires et actionnables.
  • Agir comme partenaire de confiance auprès des équipes commerciales, de conseil et en contact direct avec les clients.

Gestion de projet et leadership transverse

  • Piloter des projets stratégiques impliquant les équipes métier, opérations et data.
  • Mettre en place la gouvernance projet, suivre les jalons et gérer les attentes des parties prenantes.
  • Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration des processus afin d’accroître l’efficacité et la scalabilité.
  • Communiquer de manière proactive sur les risques, les problèmes rencontrés et les plans d’atténuation.

Contribuer à l’innovation

  • Participer au développement de nouveaux produits, processus et capacités analytiques.
  • Contribuer à façonner l’avenir de l’activité Digital Purchases de Nielsen à l’échelle mondiale.

Profil

  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en conseil, analyse business, stratégie, gestion de projet ou dans un domaine similaire.
  • Diplôme de niveau Master (Grande École de Commerce, d’Ingénieurs ou équivalent).
  • Excellente compréhension des enjeux business et capacité à transformer les insights data en décisions commerciales.
  • Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de projets complexes impliquant de multiples parties prenantes.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
  • Capacité à influencer et fédérer des équipes dans un environnement international.
  • Solide esprit analytique.
  • Maîtrise avancée de SQL.
  • Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais.

Processus de recrutement

  1. Étape 0 : Entretien avec un membre de l’équipe Talent Acquisition.
  2. Étape 1 : Entretien sur le parcours et l’adéquation au poste avec le Team Lead.
  3. Étape 2 : Étude de cas suivie d’une restitution avec plusieurs membres de l’équipe.
  4. Étape finale : Entretien de décision avec le Directeur des Opérations (Ops Director).

 

Ce que nous offrons 

  • 40 100 à 55 000 euros brut annuel . Le positionnement dans cette fourchette dépendra de critères objectifs, notamment l’expérience, les compétences et les considérations d’équité interne. Nous nous engageons en faveur de l’égalité salariale et de la transparence des rémunérations. Les décisions en matière de rémunération sont prises sur la base de critères objectifs et neutres en matière de genre.

  • CDI 

  • Une prime de vacances de 853,71 euros brut annuel.

  • Mode de travail hybride : 2 jours de télétravail par semaine et flexibilité horaire

Skills Required

  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, strategy, project management, or similar.
  • Master's degree (Grande École de Commerce, Engineering School, or equivalent).
